Young Adults

The mission of the Sacred Heart Cathedral Young Adults Group is to enrich the lives of the Sacred Heart Cathedral young adults (20s and 30s, married/single, with or without kids) through religious education, service, and social events. We seek to live our lives faithfully to Catholic teachings and to be witnesses to the Gospel.
 
Activities:
 
  • Potlucks on the fourth Sunday of the month at 6:45 PM in the school hall
  • Three-Parish Young Adult Study with Sacred Heart Cathedral, Our Lady of Lourdes, and St. Joseph at the Fallon Center (Our Lady of Lourdes Parish) on Thursdays at 6:30 PM (program starts at 7:00 PM)
  • Spirits and Wisdom (second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM)
  • Occasional social events
SPIRITS AND WISDOM is a monthly dinner group for young adults (20s and 30s, married or single) in the Raleigh Deanery. Spirits and Wisdom meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm at an area restaurant Raleigh, and features a speaker on a Catholic topic of interest to young adults. The speakers for Spirits and Wisdom in 2013 will all address topics relating to the Year of Faith.
